Rentals & AirBnB
Our cleaning service for Airbnb and short-term rentals is designed to meet the high expectations of both hosts and guests, ensuring every stay feels fresh, welcoming, and perfectly maintained.
We begin with a thorough cleaning of all living spaces and we work top to bottom, to eliminate any traces of previous occupants. In the kitchen, we meticulously clean countertops, appliances, sinks, and wipe and organizes the inside of cabinets when necessary. This ensures everything is spotless and ready for the next guest to use with confidence. Bathrooms receive special attention, with scrubbing and sanitization of all fixtures, mirrors, and showers/baths leaving them gleaming and hygienic. High-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and remotes are disinfected to promote a clean and safe environment. We will launder linen on site and make the beds with precision to create a hotel-like experience. We offer off-site laundry for rental linen for an additional fee.
For an added touch of hospitality, we are able supply and restock essentials like toiletries, paper products, and even check that amenities such as coffee or tea supplies are ready for the guests’ convenience for an additional supply fee.
Our team understands the quick turnaround required for short-term rentals, so we work efficiently to prepare the property for new arrivals, while also taking care of any additional requests, in order for proper upkeep of the property.

Move-In & Move-Out
Our move-in and move-out cleaning services are tailored to ease the stress of transitioning into or out of a home, ensuring the property is left in immaculate condition.
We begin by thoroughly cleaning every room from top to bottom, removing the dust, grime, and dirt that may have accumulated over time. The house will be meticulously cleaned to restore them it to the best condition possible.
In the kitchen, we pay special attention to every detail, cleaning all appliances inside and out, including the oven, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Cabinets, drawers, countertops, and backsplashes are wiped down and sanitized. Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we believe that you should have the option to discontinue our services if you feel you are not happy with the service you are receiving. We hope to keep you as a client, and strive to provide satisfaction, but we know that having a cleaning service is a luxury, and unforeseen circumstances can arise.
Do I have to be on-site when the cleaners come?
No, you do not have to be present, details will be discussed beforehand to make sure the entry and exit is seamless. Our cleaners work swiftly and quietly, our process format is discussed and laid out for each individual job before we begin, this makes the cleaning the most efficient as possible.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
Although we have a small team, we place the cleaner and/or team that is the best fit for your individual property and scope of work. For Short Term Rental properties, we try to ensure that at least 3 of our team members are trained and prepared to clean your rental, just incase a turn over needs to happen at the drop of a hat, we have someone confident and capable available.
What if something in my property gets damaged?
Our cleaners do our best to be careful and mindful of our surroundings, we are also trained on which products to use for every surface and material. We understand that accidents do happen, if such a case should arise, Always Professional Cleaning is fully covered by general liability insurance, bonding and worker’s comp.
Do you guarantee your work?
Our work is guaranteed. If you feel like we missed something that was agreed upon in the consultation, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will come back to make it right as soon as possible.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payments are required upon the completion of work. Invoices are sent out the following morning, we accept cash, Venmo, check, or credit card.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping your cleaner is not necessary, but always appreciated. Tips go directly to your cleaners; they are always welcome to show that you were satisfied with their hard work.
What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?
We proactively rearrange our regularly scheduled office cleanings when they fall on a holiday. The choice is up to you as the client, if you want to move your scheduled date to before or after the holiday or skip the scheduled cleaning all together.
For Rental Properties, we ask that the property manager does take blocking nights that may fall as a Same-Day Turnover on a holiday into consideration. We understand that sometimes a same day turnover is unavoidable on a Holiday. We do charge double the normal cleaning fee for cleanings that are required on the following major holidays. New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, Always Professional Cleaning carries general liability, bonding, and workers' comp, which all our employees and jobs are covered under.
How many cleaners will arrive at my property?
Depending on the size of the job, we will send 1, 2, or 3 cleaners. Most cleaning jobs are completed by 1-2 cleaners, apart from new construction cleans. New construction cleans size dependent, may have as many as 6 cleaners on site.
Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?
Please reach out to us, and we can review our availability to see if we can suit your needs.
Do I need to do anything before the cleaner arrives?
It is not necessary to prep for your cleaners to arrive, however, removing unnecessary clutter makes the cleaning process much more efficient and can help cut down on the time it takes for our technicians to complete their job.
Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
During each visit, we bring all supplies, tools, and equipment that will be necessary to complete your cleaning.
Do you offer window cleaning?
Indoor windows that are accessible, and not higher than a two-step ladder can be cleaned upon request for an additional fee. We do not specialize in window cleaning but can provide you with the contact information for a quality company who is skilled in their trade for exterior and interior window cleanings.
Do you offer carpet cleaning?
We are able to spot treat small messes left behind by renters, but we do not offer full-service carpet cleaning. Upon request we can provide you with the contact information for a great local family business who treat and clean upholstery and carpet.
